Now, I am a HUGE fan of awfulsome reality shows.  Shows like MTV's Next, Parental Control, Room Raiders, and Jersey Shore, Bravo's NJ Housewives (who cares about Atlanta?), and all of the "Love" shows on VH1, but watching (or reading in this case) Jose Canseco's life tailspin, 140 characters at a time, may be too much:
